Oatmeal stout 4.2% ABV OG 1050 FG 1018 IBU 30 SRM 35

27l batch

4kg Maris otter
800g rolled oats
400g medium crystal
275g crisp chocolate
475g crisp roast barley
500g extra light spraymalt

mashed at 67c
mashout 75c

50g EKG FWH

dark malts were cold steeped in 3l of water for 48 hours in fridge. Rinsed with 500ml and added @10m with chiller
Took a hit with my normal efficiency hence the addition of spraymalt
Yeast British ale2 starter
Fermentation started at 17c rose to 22c. After 2 weeks cold crashed at 0c for another week. Force carb and serve.
