Looking for some feedback on this recipe. This is a new recipe for me. Just wanted to see if anyone has some thoughts on it. - Slainte!

This is going to be based on the 3nd runnings of a 3 part Parti-Gyle

7 Gallons of Extract from Parti-gyle 3rd Runnings (1.024 SG) - Maris Otter (49.3%)

STEEPING GRAINS:
1.5 lb - Munich Type I (13.4%)
0.5 lb - Rolled Oats (blm) (4.5%)
2.5 lb - Rye Malt (22.4%)
2.5 oz - Roasted Barley (1.4%)

HOPS:
0.75 oz - Challenger, Type: Pellet, AA: 5.3, Use: Boil for 60 min, IBU: 13.78
0.5 oz - Fuggles, Type: Pellet, AA: 4.7, Use: Boil for 15 min, IBU: 4.04
0.5 oz - Fuggles, Type: Pellet, AA: 4.7, Use: Boil for 60 min, IBU: 8.14
