Hi everyone,

I’m brewing a simcoe smash this weekend and I am going to be using my snub nose for the first time, I have the kegland thermowell and I just need to know if I could use it with the snubnose? I’ll have to drill a hole in the lid to fit it and I was wondering if it would be ok to do this since I’ll be trying to ferment under pressure for the first time, will drilling a hole in the lid affect being able to ferment under pressure? Thanks in advance
