Got a festival golden Stag brewed to 40 pints getting ready to bottle / keg.
Does this sound right way to go about things.
Transfer from primary about 18.5 litres into Corney keg, add priming suger in proportion to the 18.5 litres, move to warm for 2 weeks to secondary ferment.
The remaining beer use bottling wand into 500ml bottles prime with 2 Muntons carbonation drops per bottle, 2 weeks in warm to carb then move to cold storage.
