Hi

I've made my first batch of fruit mead/mel using rhubarb.

Used about 3lb's fruit for a 1 Gal DJ that I'd sliced blanched and frozen.

I put the rhubarb in at 2nd stage and am going to be racking it to a third stage.

I don't really want to have tiny strands of rhubard after I rack it into thrid so I'm thinking of putting some mesh cloth on the end of the syphon.

What sort of filter cloth would I be best using and where would I best get it from?

I'm sure there are plenty of hombrew places that would sell me a small cube of cloth for big money but I'm guessing that there are non homebrew alternatives.

I'm not adverse to spending more money if three is some form of special adapter for my syphon tube/stick.

What would people suggest?
