As the alcohol content increases the fermentation slows to a snails pace,Not much you can do about it but let nature take its course.

Its the main reason i stopped doing super high alcohol ferments.
In one of Berrys books he gives an apricot wine recipe which takes about a year to ferment.
Dont worry i am not saying your wine will take that long.

Pressed to make a guess i would say a couple of weeks.
 
This wine is 3/4 from the top crystal clear and still fermenting. So I decided to steralize my wine thief just for scientific perposes.................. Its amazing now, wow. A little sweet obviously but silky smooth, it's better than anything we buy. I will send you a bottle or two John as soon as I bottle this as I somehow doubt it will be last 18 months after its finished.
