This was my very first kit. It was very nice and pretty drinkable if I remember correctly. If i was making it again i'd probably plump for a Gervin Yeast and a kilo of Brew Enhancer while in Wilko rather than kit yeast and Granulated sugar.
I don't trust 6g of yeast for a 20l kit.
Knowing which yeast you've used is helpful further down the line should you make something similar from a recipe rather than a kit (as opposed to an ambiguous kit yeast).
