Hallo all you lovely people,

After what I consider a success of my first ever brew, Coopers Lager kit, I bought a bucket load of bottles, and chucked another Kit straight into my fermenter!
I got a cheap can of Cooper's Irish Stout, and with Stouts being my preferred tipple, I was excited to brew.

I brewed it with the following
500g Medium spray malt
500g Demerara Sugar
454g Golden Syrup
4 Espresso Shots

OG was 1.045, and tasted very nice before I pitched the yeast last night - initial malt taste, followed by mild golden syrup sweetness, and then a hint of coffee in the aftertaste. As some already alluded to, that this kit is a feisty one - my fermenter looks very frothy after just 18 hours XD

There's something powerful in Coopers story kits.
