I've been a member for a while now and the more I read the more I became interested in wines, ciders and beer. I attempted a simple cider first , just apple juice from tesco and yeast and moved that from bucket to glass today after 10 days. It looks and smells ok and ( forgive me if terminology wrong ) gone from 1050 to a reading of 1005. I will wait a week or so then bottle. I also have a Tom Caxton bitter 4 days in and that looks to be going well, original reading appeared to be 1030. Fingers crossed. Cheers. John.
