Hi all

I'd like to give brewing wine a go, can anyone recommend a good 1 gallon kit?

I like to drink red wines, mainly Malbec and Borolo

I've heard fruit wines are good also, cherry/strawberry?

Anyone have any opinions or tips?

Thanks

You wont go far wrong with a beaverdale or a Callifornian conousir.ive been making both since I started 2 years ago and not 1 person whos tasted it,said they didn't like it,so that must say something.

I made a Beaverdale Chateau de Roi kit which was nice. Unfortunately it didn't get much chance to mature but even after just 3 weeks it was improving. I'm learning fast that bulk kits are better as 6 bottle kits don't last long! I'll make a 6 bottle to try then make a 5 gallon if it's good.

If you want to be drinking it quick I have found the beaverdale rojo tinto to be good soon after bottling.
