After brewing enough AG beer to feed the south west in the last year I've just put on my first wine...ever!! It's a recipe for red grape and apple passed to me by @Chippy_Tea. I made it yesterday in quick smart time, and today it's bubbling away and the scent coming through the airlock is awesome. Really looking forward to trying this in...well I'm unsure how long it will take to come good. But looking forward to trying it. Oh, by the way, I deviated from the posted recipe...I used two tea bags in stead of one..no expense spared here peeps:laugh8:

I use a couple of bags for a demijohn.

No neet to age supermarket juice wine it doesn't get better with age. :thumba:
