it's friday night/saturday morning and there's a drinking/socialising opportunity... that's it really

i am feeling the effects of the taRd/random cider/Genius mix now though. dont think i'll last much longer

back int days of the 90's to early norties, i suffered from insomnia (TUNE ) .. i dont know why but a mixture of st john's wort, camomile tea and horlicks knocked me right out! i dont mean that at once though, in moderation in seperate teas etc over the course of the evening after work.
