Just had a call from my Dad who lives in Wigan. We are gonna brew a pseudo-lager from the hops he has been growing for roughly 20 years in his garden.

If any of you would like some fresh Hallertauer hops there are plenty left to take.

Please send me a PM if you're interested.

What's a balanced diet in Wigan?
    A pie in each hand.
A Wigan kebab? 4 pies on a stick.

I thought a Wigan kebab was a pie in a pita bread? I'm sure you can actually get them in town...

Just come back from San Sebastian food capital of the world.
But went to this pie shop as soon as I got back.
Pie Barms with gravy are amazing.
