Hi all.
Got a friend coming over for a while who's addicted to Funky Monkey by Frome (ex Milk Street) Brewery. I've found out what's in it from their website, but not proportions or IBUs. Does anyone know thus beer or have a recipe for it as it's not one I'm familiar with.
They claim to use Young's yeast, which I can't get hold of quickly. Would Windsor be a good substitute?
Thanks in advance.

The online charts suggest that Wy1768 is the Youngs strain, which I've never used but is supposedly quite clean with just a little fruitiness. Maybe Nottingham might be a better sub?
