G30 False bottom group buy interest.

Like many I'm interested in getting a false bottom for the G30.

Sourcing one in the UK at a good price seems difficult.

To source one from BAC brewing would cost €52.50, whilst buying 10 for example dilutes the €19 shipping cost to bring it down to €37.10 each.

This is roughly £33.40 each excluding forward shipping.

I have sent them an email to see if they can do anything on the item price, but would like to get a feel for how many people would be interested.

Might be interested but just a bit worried that if this is an Italian company we might get a bill for UK VAT when the goods arrive over here?

Hi @DavidB yes your right, there is the possibility of an extra 20% VAT charge from customs now ( not included in my figures). I think given the lack of UK stock and high expense of any that do stock them the 20% still would make it cost effective.
