hi I've developed a gluten intolerance and about to brew a festival kit , using WL clarity ferm to make it gluten free.
has anybody used it ?

also if it does brew a gluten free brew will washing the yeast and re use make the new brew gluten free or will I need to pitch clarity ferm again?

Clarity ferm certainly reduces gluten in beer to below whats required to be labelled gluten free in commercial setups and most likely does for home brew. If you were doing all grain I would say theres a small risk of bits of barley making there way through he process but as a kit you should be fine. The yeast makes no difference so you need to add it to every batch.
