Hi all

I often make a heffe but not been impressed with the last two made with MJ M20 came out quite thin. Just wondering what reccomendations are for other dried yeasts.

Previously I've had good results with wlp380 but moved away from liquid due to the planning around children meant was not ideal to fit a brew in ad hock and the Mrs wasn't a fan of the stir bar rattling in the kitchen.

Ditto. I've done a few Wit's with WB-06, and it's done the business.

Agree with WB-06. Behaves itself and does exactly what you want it to depending on the temperature that you ferment at.

I really like Wb-06 as well. I've mostly used it around 20, which in a traditional wheat beer it comes through quite balanced, but in American style wheats it's buried by hop character. At 24 (IIRC) it is very powerful.
