Hi all,
been a very long time since I experimented...well that's a lye got a 15L batches in a cube from yesterday brew day (brewdays 2 days on the trot!)
Anyways, 2 x 10L batches are:
1. Punk IPA clone
2. 5AM Saint clone.
All from the Brewdog recipe.
But as you know I always tweak or change them....if I don't it'll be a miracle tbh, I want it to be a clone as much as I can, then tweak after ver. 2#
Waiting for the MM delivery, mainly hops.
that's where the price goes up and of course 15 quid for two yeasts...
Anyways, stay tuned should have pics soon, maybe tomoorow and Saturday making 4 brewdays this week.
Lata all.

Good to see you're still abour Bri, I thought it had been a while since I saw you posting.

What's confusing you about the yeast nutrient? It's mostly just for wine and meads which are lacking in nitrogen for the yeast to feed on, beer has plenty, unless your fermenting a low OG beer with kveik, then a dash seems to help.

as usual m8 I got confused.....
Anyways the FG shot to 1.002 (punk IPA)
Im dry hopping later the day with:
5g Amarillo
9g Nelson whatsitchops
16g Simcoe
20g chinnok
30g Cascade.
Maybe 3 days or stretch to 5.
Cant wait tbh.

Turns out the second picture didn't load for me the first time, sodium metabisulfite is a bit of an odd ingredient in nutrient but then I have the same pack I think and never noticed.

Sounds like the Punk IPA is coming along nicely.

hallow guys,
More bottling the day.
750ml bottles.
