If one takes a contract out especially for road recovery and one breaks down on a road through no fault of their own and is within their contract then why should it not be upheld?

If it had been myself I would have reported the contractor i.e Greenflag for failing to obligate their contract and any withstanding charges for recovery, wasting police time plus other rescue services, personal trauma and false advertising.

It's a good drive up and down there, I've done it a few times and once at night in heavy rain. Can't see why the breakdown company couldn't have gone to get her if she knew roughly where she was, or at least attempt to.

They might have been worried they would break down.
