Hi,

ive been drinking Thornbridge Glenn Mountain a lot recently in the local and fancy trying to knock something similar up. Has anyone tried or have a recipe I can pinch please!

Although not a recipe the malts, hops & abv are listed on the website

low colour maris otter, wheat & caramalt

I'd go with something like 90% MO, and an equal split of the rest

galaxy, mosaic, citra & Amarillo

Depending on bitterness (never had it) I would do something like a 10 minute aroma addition & a 20 minute hopstand @ 80c, all 4 in each step

4.3%

As with most clones it's the yeast and water profile that are the hardest step to getting it just right

It's always worth a chance! Some just don't reply some are a bit vague whereas others are very helpful and will give precise recipes and water profiles.
