Hello from Scotland. I am brewing for sometime now, but mainly from ready liquid malt kits. Recently I've bought a Brewzilla system and made my first "real" brew. Worth is in the fermenter right now for seven days and I am impatiently looking forward to transfer to a keg and try it. Hopefully it will taste much better than the kit ones. I've made my own recipe for something like American IPA with expected ABV of 6.2%.
Next brew will be something close to German Oktoberfest. Cheers to all home brewers.
