Hi all, just a couple of questions about this recipe on page 131.

1. Got all the malts except the Carapils malt, do I need it? Can I substitute something else.

2. The Lemongrass, is it dried or would fresh be better?

Carapils is likely to be there for head retention so I'd go with Flaked Barley

Wheat Malt 1.0kg
Vienna Malt 400g
Carapils Malt 400g
Flaked Oats 400g

Cascade 25g & Amarillo 25g at turn off (no bittering hops at start)

Lactose 1.00kg & Lemongrass 20g last 10 minutes of boil
