Hi Everybody,
I hope somebody might be able to help. I'm new to the forum so hello!
I've decided to take a leap and I've decided to sell my brew at farmers markets and on a very small scale. (I've got a 100 litre set up).
While I am comfortable with all the legislation etc. the one area that I'm struggling with is producing a HACCP and I wondered if anybody else had set up a nano brewery from their shed and had any advice on how to go about creating a HACCP.
