Sadly a couple of weeks off brewing now, lack of space, half term, etc. Have Alt and a Lager planned after the break which will occupy the big fridge for 3 months! Never made these before so quite excitedExcellent - you’ve got quite a production going there

Lager & Alt all tucked up. Bit of a temperature issue on day 1. Hadn't fastened the controller temp probe properly and the brew belt tried to heat the fridge space - caught it as FV hit 17C and unplugged the belt! All sat nicely now at 12C. Next week will set fridge to control around 2C and come back in May.
