I normally treat my water with sodium metabisulphite but this reckons I don't have to ? anyone used this ? If so what results etc... ?
thanks, how long have you been using it? what was your method before use. I ask as I have recently bought some to try on an experiment.

Used it for 30 ish brews. Very early on, I used Campden Tablets but found this much easier and less faff.
