I was well pleased with the stab I had at recreating an Adnams New England IPA style beer recently. I based it on a John Finch NEIPA recipe but adjusted it so the IBU was the same as the Adnams one and used the same hops that they do. Then just dropped the ABV a bit. The recipe I ended up using is here:

Assuming you skip the 10m addition (or even if you don't), how long would you boil for? Is 30m enough to pasteurise, given there are no bittering additions?

I have brewed a few NEIPAs with no bittering hops. I can't believe this has never occurred to me. As long as you adjust wort for less boil off, I presume you are right and have just given me back half an hour every time I brew an NEIPA.
