Recently I've became interested in home brewing.

The intrest has developed in trying to gather as much information as possible.

Quickly looking through the forum I think it's going to be great help.

I reckon come February I'll be prepared and confident enough to start a brew.

In the mean time I'm a sparky living near Scarborough UK.

Hey guys

How lucky are we, to be able to help each other.

I think I've got quite a lot of confidence to gain first.

I think I should be purchasing a starter kit. I like the idea of the all grain process, if that makes sense?

I think so to... the kit beer I had tried lead to another, then another and another...

Now ... about that dodgy element of mine ....

Welcome to the forum!

I started a few months back with one kit brew, then moved on to all grain and haven't looked back since.

This guide is excellent - I'm still doing it basically this way. It seems daunting at first but this guide makes it really simple.

With some basic equipment you can easily do 10-12L brews in the kitchen, enough for about 20 pints.

Search old posts and ask questions - loads of great advice on here.

Best of luck,

Matt athumb..
