Hi everyone
I am a relative beginner. I have done a few batches of the Woodforde Wherry kits, which seem to have gone well and am now looking to get a bit more adventurous. I have just bought ingredients for a pale ale, using malt extract, hops and pale crystal malt and will be looking to try out some new recipes in the future. I like most kinds of beer. Bitter, IPAs and German type, dunkle, Schwartz and Kellerbier, but will give anything a go.
I am still building up My equipment, so any pointers will be good and any idiot proof recipes would be much appreciated
