First post to the forum. As with some, lockdown has re introduced me to HB. I’ve loved reading your helpful hints, tips and guidance.
So far, I’ve made a kegorator and have kegged the festival summer ale 5 days ago. It’s carbed up but needs to condition, which hopefully will happen in the keg, under pressure - mixed guidance on this. I’ve got Young’s AIPA in bottles, conditioning in the garage - first taste was good. Finally, muntons pilsner in the FV. Ordered some cheeky Saaz hops to dry hop - going off piste! As I drink this stock I hope to move to AG, using a DIY cooler to mash, big pot and wort cooler (none acquired yet!). Will keep you all posted. Cheers Mike
