I used to brew in the 80's and once or twice after moving in 2004.
I bought a lager kit short on date and forgot about it.
Well now the pub is shut I went and found this kit. Can't remember the make. Made it up and it was great.
Now I am a bitter drinker but this lager was dark and tasted vary good.
I now have a wilkos cerveza, a coopers stout just conditioning and a stuck woodfords wherry.
I am thinking of a not too hoppy bitter next.
I also bought a 2L keg with co2 caplets that I will get on Father's day.
I prefer to bottle into 2L pop bottles as one, only 11 to wash and two, I can decant one litre into another bottle and it will keep overnight drinking the other litre.
My how things have advanced since the 80's.
I came across this site researching stuck Woodfords Wherry.
Great to be hear.

Welcome to the forum, I made my first homebrews in the 80's and have to agree they are so much better with the current availability and the knowledgebase of this forum.
