Hi and many thanks for adding me to the group. I’m completely new to the homebrew bug but started my first brew yesterday.....St Peters cream stout. Can’t wait to try it as it smells amazing already & looking forward to trying ales,ciders & especially trying wheat beer. Here’s to many more brews & good days!!!

Welcome to the forum. I only started in December. I am a big fan of Wheat beers. I did the Coopers Hefe Wheat Kit with 1Kg of Wheat Spray malt and 500g of brewing sugar. It turned out to be a fantastic brew. It did not last too long. I have 6 x 330ml bottles of it left which I am saving. Next I am putting on a Mangrove Jacks Bavarian Wheat beer with 1Kg of wheat spray malt and I'll do 200g of brewing sugar this time. Enjoy and good luck.
