First home brew kit made in the early 80's by 1990 had a bruheat boiler and was trying out David Lines all grain recipes, after a gap of 25 years am back, best of all the yeasts have improved beyond all recognition.
Just made a Bavarian Weiss and kegged a clone of Verdant Pulp today, did as I read here and attempted to keep it away from O2, so far is much much better than expected.
I'm a water luddite and brew with what I get from the tap and a fraction of a campden tablet.
Any other Bristol Brewers, if so is there a club or whatnot?
