Hi all, I’m completely new to home brewing so all advice is welcomed. I’m currently looking at at all in one system but I’m unsure of which one and also a fermentor but how do I control the temperatures?

Thanks in advance

Hey Leroy! Grainfathers are very popular bit quite pricey. The Brewzilla also very popular and significantly cheaper. I have flirted with the idea of an all in one system before, but always talk myself back out of it. BIAB works well for me, and the results are great, with minimal outlay.

For controlling fermentation temps, a lot of use an old fridge with a tube heater inside. You can get an Inkbird thermostat which allows you to plug in the fridge and heater and set upper and lower temperature parameters.

Or you could find a cupboard with a steady temperature.

Welcome! All in ones are very convenient, and the higher price compared to stovetop brewing is worth it, so Ive been told. Better cleanup, shorter brewdays, you name it!
Have fun!
