Hello from Edinburgh(ish)

Hi,

I've recently started home brewing after being gifted a lot of apples and thought the most sensible thing I could do with them was to turn them into booze.

I've got 40 pints in the garage in a carboy clearing, and another 40 pints bubbling away after pressing at the weekend.

I've also purchased a Peco boiler so that I can have a go at beer, which I'll get into soon.
