Hello from Glasgow

Hello all,

Greetings from Glasgow.
I have been brewing for a bit over a year, I started with extract and specialty grains. Most brews have turned out well, my most recent brew didn’t as I forgot to add the Campden to my tap water. Resulting in a rather bitter medicine tasting beer.

I decided to try all grain with a Brewzilla which I have bought from Dark Farm, thanks Gareth the box arrived yesterday.
Intending to continue to extract / specialty grain brewing and all grain when time allows.
