Hi guys, name is Gary from Wallyford, Musselburgh. I have been winemaking and brewing for over 40 years but never mashed grain. Always brewed using malt extract as described in Bob Pritchard's "All about beer" and various recipes via the old Amateur Winemaking magazines from the 80's.
Now retired I am looking for new ideas and recipes. Looking forward to it all.
