Hello,

Been brewing about 2 years now, I have just started to do partial mash recipes. Currently brewing a English Pale with a 50g Citra dry hop, nice! Although, this one was an overnight steep.

Good to have you aboard Clawed. Nothing wrong with overnight steep, I often do a full mash overnight with no ill-effects.

I have seen overnight mashes and I'm tempted to give it ago. I think I'm going to be trying my first BIAB partial mash soon.
