    Hi everyone.

Just done my first all-grain on a second hand Bulldog Brewer after many, many kits.

I'm a long time lurker - still in awe of the breadth of expertise on this site.

    Best wishes

Welcome indeed. What do you brew and what do you like drinking? Same question, I suppose.

Hi all, thanks for the welcome.

I've brewed umpteen Woodforde's Wherry kits and a few St Peter's Reds. The all-grain was a Wild Card Ace Of Spades clone, done on my second-hand Bulldog Brewer mk2. Weirdly, I found all-grain less faff than kits! Just bottled it all, so I'll find out in a couple of weeks if it's any good.

I tend to drink well-balanced bitters and clean pilsners, with the odd hop-blaster. There isn't much beer that I don't like, really. I live in East London so we're spoiled for choice for microbrewers.
