Hi guys and gals, New to the forum.
Been brewing for a while and am slowly moving into all grain brewing. Got myself a Brewzilla 35l a few years ago but had to put using it on hold for a while and am now trying to get myself back into brewing things again.
I'm not currently brewing any proper beer, but I do have a Ginger Bug started to make some Ginger Beer, Some Water Kefir going as well as some Lacto Fermenting bits for a hot sauce.
I'm aiming to make a Dead Pony Club clone in a few weeks and/or a IPA of some sort (not decided which),as well as smoking some cheese and making some Biltong (might even try making some capicollo)
So I'll be around looking for advice on that at somepoint!
