Seems a shame for my first post to be anywhere other than here - hello.

Been brewing for 3/4 years and this forum has given me tonnes of advice so hopefully I can give some back...

Hello and welcome.

What have you been brewing over those years, what types of beer? What's your biggest success so far?

Thanks.

As much as I can and what seems to please the masses! My current regular lineup, all all grain and own recipes, is:

American style pale / session IPA x2
American style IPA x2
Saison
English bitter
Porter
Breakfast stout

I'm currently experimenting with oak ageing, red beers and herbs (made a rosemary red ale that was rank...).

With temp controlled chest freezers for fermentation, conditioning/force carbonation and serving.

Great fun, lots of shiny things and i'm genuinely surprised by how nice these beers have been. Plenty of reading, planning, preparation and cleaning seems to pay off!
