Good afternoon I have decided to start up again making home wine. I use to make wine about 10 years ago but after making a batch of wine from grapefruit juice and apple which wasn’t good, sorted of drifted of the idea. But going to give it ago again and decided to join this forum for advice and help.so I have just done a pomegranate and beetroot which the fermentation has gone well and it is crystal clear.
