This hobby never ceases to amaze me!
I brewed a batch just before Christmas which ended up tasting a bit stale. I reckon I let the air get to it too much in a secondary ferment. Anyway it’s been sat in a keg for 2 and a half months and today (as now I’ve drunk all of my Xmas haul) I thought I’d give it one last taste before ceremoniously ditching it!
Turns out it’s matured rather well over that time and is very drinkable. Problem is it seems very foamy coming out of the keg. I thought at first it was too high pressure so I purged it and it’s still very foamy the pressure out of the tap is almost a trickle. Once out it’s not too fizzy at all.
Any suggestions to remedy this? It’s a corny with a party tap with the wide/narrow/wide beer line.
