My Cabernet Sauvignon has spewed everywhere overnight . Is there anything I can do to save it?
It is in a fridge in the shed kept at 23C over a heating mat. The mat kicks in at 22.5 and the fridge kicks in at 23.5.
It's only been going since Thursday so 3 days.

I've had a couple that have escaped from the fermenter in the past. They were only 1 gallon jobs. A quick clean up and no harm was ever done. Not had an issue since I've been doing 5 gallons, although I don't use any heaters.

Cheers Tom

I often just enable the cooling only aspect when I start the ferment as get a few degrees rise as it makes its' own heat and it's well insulated in the fridge. Then put the heater into the system once the mad activity has settled.
But the ferment should be fine.
