Are you UK based, if so putting it in the garage will stop fermentation, but may kill the yeast if your looking for fizzy cider.
Clear it and bottle it

Yepp uk based , only looking for still cider so would it be ok?

Sounds perfect to me mate. Let it get as clear as you are willing to drink it at and bottle or keg away.
1005 should leave enough sweetness so have a taste and enjoy.
