Help wine tastes like spirits!

About my 4th batch of home brew now, though this is a different brand the creation was the same, the last three were lovely to drink but this one is ghastly, seems too strong like I’m drinking vodka! Is there any obvious things it could be? I did forget to degas fully so have done that now but it made no difference.

please help Ineed to fix it and really don’t want to Lose the batch!

What kit is it, did you do anything different?

Can you describe the taste more as vodka doesn't taste of much to me.

Could you have some higher alcohols or aldehyde in it?

It is a Young’s wine buddy kit, I’m struggling to think of how to explain it. It just tastes super strong like when a spirit needs a mixer. Currently watering it down with water to make it more tolerable!
