HF Vinbrite Mk3 Filter - Any good?

Hello All

I am seeking to get better clariety with my wines and cider and was wondering if any else is using a HF Vinbrite Mk3 Filter kit?

I was just wondering if they are any good?

I was using coffee filter papers, but that took forever and eventually tore apart.

The subject of filtering wine comes up occasionally and one member always says filtering can strip out flavour having never been instructed to filter in any kit i have made i wonder if this is the case.

I use a vinbrite mk3 never had any probs with it.
Works great.
The wine is crystal clear.

Also heard the story about flavour impacted,But cant say i have ever noticed this.
They are usefull for country wines when clearing may be a bit slow.

Coffee paper just clogs and takes forever,The vinbright filters under pressure.

Most kits are "designed" for rapid clearing so in most cases a filter should not be needed.
