Been a long time lurker to be honest. Been making Wilko kits every summer for the past decade back during my Uni days, had some great dorm parties! A few years ago I started trying a few 2-can 3kg kits and my taste palette changed from cheap lagers, shots & alcopops towards stouts and - thecraft IPAs latter of which I swore used to taste like sweaty socks.
Not to break tradition (and as a housewarming gift to myself) I bought a 15L "oneconcept hopfengott" to go all-grain this year.
I hope you can all teach me your secrets
