I am from the NE of Scotland, but now live in Southampton. I used to dabble in homebrew in my youth, mainly country wines, ciders and meads. I have made some beers from kits but it was many (many) moons ago. I have been looking into the beer options and have decided to go down the all grain route. To this end I am currently gearing up, I have made an insulated mash tun and I am waiting on the delivery of my boiler and copper cooler. Then I will have to decide what I want to make to break the equipment in!

Look forward to meeting you all

Andy

Welcome. Things are a bit slowed down. what with all this virus 'n stuff. I should decide what you want to make and get the order in, if I were you. Otherwise you're likely to be sitting around admiring your new and unused kit for a bit of time. Whereabouts in Southampton? Spent 13 years there and that's where I started brewing.
