Hi everyone

Only recently got into home brewing and so far only done kits, which have all been very successful, thankfully.
It was something I thought about doing years ago, mainly because I like to drink a bit more than what is considered healthy for the average human person and knew it would be cheaper to brew at home, as well as save space in the recycling box, but the starter kit I bought at the time ended up living under the stairs unopened.

Not ready to go all grain yet, so will stick to the kits for now, but always like to learn as much as I can about something, so will be using the forum for research, and maybe take the plunge into going all grain when I have a better understanding and knowledge of grains/hops/yeast.

Thank you for the welcome.
So far I have brewed;

Brewmakers Pilsner (Didn't take the OG)
Coopers Golden Crown (OG 1.035. FG 1.004)
Mad Millies Lager (OG 1.036. FG 1.000)
Youngs Definitive lager (OG 1.040. FG 1.005)
Mangrove Jacks New Zealand Pilsner (OG 1.036. Should be ready to bottle at the weekend)
