hi to everyone on here , my name is Tim , I live in Gloucester uk and have just started to get into cider making , made my first one from a kit and it turned out perfect , just started experiment with turbo cider and I think this one may end up down the drain as it tastes more like wine than cider , anyway from what I hear its all about trial and error
